Mobile developer Spacetime Games has released Arcane Battlegrounds on Android devices, a fast-paced "build and battle" game based on the world of the company's MMO Arcane Legends.
The "Clash of Clans"-style base building game sees users constructing their own Kingdom and protecting it from outside forces. At the same time, users will build an army of warriors, dragons and trolls to defeat their enemies by destroying their bases.
Arcane Battlegrounds offers a single-player storyline, as well as "endless" multiplayer content. Gamers can form alliances with their friends to support each other with shared troops and resources, while also practicing their skills in the title's "War Games" feature. Here, users can practice their attack strategies without the loss of units.
Once the game launches on additional platforms, cross-platform support will see users battling others around the world, regardless of device or location.

"This new title mixes the compelling storyline and rich fantasy world of Arcane Legends with the explosive and strategic gameplay found in Battle Command," said Gary Gattis, CEO of Spacetime Games. "Arcane Battlegrounds will add another pillar to the growing foundation of games we develop and support."
Arcane Battlegrounds is available to download for free on Google Play, and is in development for launch on iOS in the coming weeks.
