Hey you, hold on a minute! Before you click away from this site, you have to read this! I assume since you have seen this that I've managed to grab your attention, and I assume that you are an Android gamer just like the rest of us here at Android Entity? Well be prepared to get your socks blown all the way off…because.. Wayward Souls is coming to the Google Play Store this week, July 10th!!
Let's all take a moment to calm down and take 3 deep breaths. If you have never heard of it, I suggest you do a search for it. This game has garnered pretty awesome reviews from iOS gaming sites when it launched 3 months ago, and I can't wait for it to come to Android so I can move my thumbs to the rhythm of the game. It is a dungeon-crawling rogue-like that is just oozing with depth. In addition to separate storylines for each character, the game also features several different dungeons that you unlock after progressing through the previous dungeon and upgradable stats through coins earned during gameplay.
The gameplay itself is fantastic. Combat itself can get a little frustrating and difficult due to the nature of the game, but that's where the real challenge lies. Figuring out the best way to play each character and overcoming the biggest and baddest enemies and bosses makes this one of the best games of the year.
If you are interested, which I hope you are by now, you can get it on the Google Play Store this Thursday for $4.99. Developer, Rocketcat Games, have stated that they will increase the price by a dollar after every major update, and the first major update just hit the iOS store recently. However, the game will be at the original price for a short period of time to celebrate the launch, so get it NOW before it goes up and up and up.
