Let It Goat! Cheats And Tips

If you're familiar with side-scrolling games where you have to avoid spikes and pick up bonuses, then SkyVu Entertainment's Let It Goat will be right up your alley. In this game, you guide a goat across platforms, avoiding spikes and picking up gems while also attempting to stay alive as long as possible. This is harder than it looks, as the spikes pick up in count and you can end your run with something as simple as a wall collision. Ouch.
Don't let your goat die for nothing! Follow these tips and keep him alive!

How does the gameplay work in Let It Goat?

It's easy. You simply tap on the screen to make the goat jump. The rest is handled automatically, but you'll need to keep your wits about you, as sudden walls, gaps in platforms and a surge of spikes can easily spell the end of your goat. We can assure you, it isn't a pretty sight.
You'll die often early in the game, so the best thing you can do is keep a close eye on what's happening on the right side of the screen. By doing this, you'll have a better idea of what's ahead, and prepare accordingly.

How can the bear help me in Let It Goat?

If you collect enough gems in the game, you'll unlock the opportunity for the goat to ride a special bear. This bear provides protection for up to one hit, so you'll want to use him wisely! He carries all the same jumping capability of the goat, so you can use him in pretty much the same way.
The bear's usage comes and goes, so make sure to save him for the runs that really count. (You can select him at the start of your running round.)

Is watching the goat die in Let It Goat a pretty sight?

Not really, but the text that follows, including the classic "Fatality" line and the "Ha ha ha!" in bold text may be somewhat funny to some. Still, it ain't pretty.

How do I keep track of checkpoints in Let It Goat?

Spikes and other obstacles count as checkpoints. By jumping over them, a meter will continuously count up. The more objects you pass, the higher your count goes. A word of warning, though: it gets more difficult as time goes on.
For kicks, you can also post your score across Facebook and Twitter to challenge others. There's also a leaderboard, in case you're looking to become king or queen of the goats.

Do I need to pay for anything in Let It Goat?

There is an option to buy Bear Power Suits for an additional $.99, but otherwise, the game is completely free-to-play. As a result, you'll have to contend with the occasional ads at the bottom of the screen, but that's a small price to pay for goat madness.
