Delivery Outlaw Cheats And Tips

It's tough when things don't work your way and you have to take on another job to get by. That's what Jack Gunnit goes through in Adult Swim's Delivery Outlaw, transforming from a popular stuntman to a delivery boy taking unsafe goods from point-A-to-point-B. You'll use a variety of vehicles to make your deliveries, all while avoiding deadly pratfalls and making the usual upgrades.
This one can be a bit tough, but we've got a few tips that will get you where you need to go.

How do I play Delivery Outlaw?

It's similar to Trials Frontier, though with more limitations. You work not only against a dwindling gas tank, but also dangerous things that cross your path as you make your way along a track, avoiding crashes and other objects that could stop your run.
The key here is making sure you keep your acceleration going, but also time yourself over jumps. Getting to the finish line is very important, but you want to make sure you get there in one piece. With going over ledges and obstacles, you'll want to use flip tactics - the brake and gas button in mid-air - to make sure you land level with your bike. Otherwise you'll bite the dust and may need to retry the level again.
In addition, watch out for gas canisters. These can enable you to keep going on your delivery run, and that's what matters most. Once you're out of gas, you're out a turn and have to go all over again.

What vehicles are available in Delivery Outlaw?

You'll start out with a motorbike - with a nuclear drum attached to the back - but as you proceed through the game, you'll open up new vehicles you can use, including the Dethtrukk, Nonsense Cart and something called The Glank. These will require some completion to unlock - and a few coins for good measure - but once you do, you'll find you're ready to take on later challenges in the game.

How do I avoid dynamite pits in Delivery Outlaw?

These dangerous areas are littered throughout some of the later levels in the game, so you'll want to take good care when it comes to getting over them. Otherwise, you'll get blasted to bits.
Make sure you have some boost on hand when you enter these levels. You can acquire some once you earn enough cash in the game, and it'll get you up to speed enough that you can clear these areas.
However, make sure you balance your bike properly. Otherwise, you're likely to crash - and maybe even tumble into the next dynamite pit that awaits.

What's the best vehicle to use in Delivery Outlaw?

All the vehicles in the game will get you from point A to point B. However, if you're expecting the next Trials Frontier, you're likely to be disappointed. The physics are demanding, meaning you'll have to master the controls or else lose a lot of lives (and cash) as a result. In addition, the pace is much slower. Maybe that's what the developers intended, but considering that Gunnit likes to live fast and loose, this is a bit perplexing.
Start out with your motorbike and work your way up. Try different vehicles (the Dethtrukk is quite effective) and see what fits best for you. You can't lose, mainly because the game is working against you anyway.

Do I need to pay for anything in Delivery Outlaw?

You won't need to pay to restart a level, but if you want access to the better vehicles in the game, you may be tempted to plunk down some cash for coin packs, ranging from $0.99 to $49.99.
Don't open your wallet right away, though. As we said, this game is not what it entirely seems, and you'll want to try it first to see if it's something you're going to want to play in the long-term. Its pacing won't be for everyone - especially those expecting a stunt-filled ride.
