Chun Wah Kong, lead designer at Sony's Team Soho during the creation of the PlayStation 2's open world crime caper The Getaway, has revealed his first mobile game at new studio Skoobie Games, titled Blue Eden.
Blue Eden puts you in command of a school of fish that slowly grows as you explore life beneath the ocean waves, feed them up, and avoid the attentions of a multitude of predators. The game is due to be released on February 20th.
"With the adventure of mainstream mobile games, we wanted to create an experience that provides more than quick bursts of entertainment," said Kong.
"I wanted to come up with something that mattered to each and every one of us. Tech is big news, but I think we need to spend time talking more about nature too. I'm a big fan of ocean documentaries and wanted to create the same sense of curiosity and wonderment in a game."
