So what is Smash the Office- Stress Fix about? well to sum it up it is an cubicle's employers dream game. You play as 'white collared' employee, which actually looks like "The Angry Video Game Nerd" and your main objective is to smash, destroy everything in the office within the given time limit. Yeah that's it, there is no plot, no reason, just smash things within the time limit.
The type of things that you can destroy is cubicle walls, desks, chairs, computers, and you are not just limited to just one room, once you smash everything in a room, you can smash the door that leads to another room, that has more stuff for you to smash up, and every room that you enter adds a multiplier to your score.
Now there are also power-ups that you gain as you play such as a mushroom, which will make you bigger (Super Mario Bros anyone?), then you have a colorful looking disco ball, which will make you spin for a short time. The game is presented in VGA graphics, and the controls are simple enough to learn (D-Pad on the lower left of the screen, and smash button on the lower right of the screen)
And when you do play, you will also earn coins along the way, in which you can buy weapons, or you can upgrade them if you choose. there are also three other stages that you can buy, as well as different hats, although the hats give you no special abilities.
Smash the Office is a great 'stress release' game. I just wish that this game could have more features like having a customizable character, or even a level editor or something else that would have added more replay value to it.
