Shiva: The Time Bender

What happens when you the elements of an successful endless runner game, such as Temple Run or Subway Surfers, and combine them with the element rewinding time? (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time)
You get an action-packed endless runner titled Shiva: The Time Bender.
Yes I said it, it is yet another endless runner game, and I do find that, endless runners, are being overstretched, and it is hard to find an actual game worthy of being reviewed. But thankfully Tiny Mogul Games have developed a game that seems to be worthy of being reviewed, so please read on fellow gamers.
The game revolves around Shiva, who is well a time traveler, who is traveling through different years, trying to grab orbs, and killing enemies. The concept is, you have to earn as many Orbs you can, and you will get to use more powers and weapons accordingly.Shiva 1
As for the gameplay, if you tap on the left side of the screen, Shiva will jump, and if you tap on the right side of the screen will make Shiva attack with you weapon. Attacking enemies requires you to have such perfect timing since you only have the close range weapon, I guess the developer was trying to give gamers a challenge. Going into the rounds, you earn Orbs, which allow you to move further with more weapons and powers. In between, you sometimes also get to earn special powers like Rage Mode, which makes the player destroy any enemy that comes in front without you having to tap once
The interesting part of this game is the ability to rewind time, or simply put time mode. This allows you to go back into your game depending on the fuel you have in tank. For instance, if you get killed by an enemy, you can tap on the time out roller at the bottom, and see the game flashing back till you keep the roller pressed or as much you fuel you have in tank (whichever occurs first). You have to time your time roll out well so that you get to kill the enemy which just killed you, or maybe time that jump better in order to move ahead in the round. The player runs on its own, and you are mainly given the powers to jump and use your weapon.
The games graphics, are not the greatest, but are decent enough on the eyes, and there is nothing extraordinary of the games sounds, but it does go well the game's pace.
Shiva: The Time Bender is a decent game to play, and it is free to download at the Google Play Store.
