In case you haven’t played the original yet, let me tell you a bit about Stick Stunt Biker 2: it’s a physics based driving game where your goal is to reach the end as fast as possible. Sounds pretty straightforward, but when you will have to perform crazy jumps, turns and twists (including driving on walls and ceilings), things get a bit more complicated. And a lot more fun. And maybe a bit frustrating.

Part of this is clearly the smart level design: not only that the tracks that you have to complete are gradually introducing new obstacles and elements, but they also change worlds completely with each level, always offering you a new experience.
And if this doesn’t sound enough to keep you playing, then knowing that you play against yourself will certainly do. Every time you replay a track, you will play against your “shadow” which represents your previous run on the track. This gives you an on-track indicator on how you are doing compared to your previous run and it would’ve been even greater if it had remembered your best run and always have you play against it.

Frustrating or not, Stick Stunt Biker 2 is an extremely fun game and I really can’t find anything to criticize. Except for the fact that it’s incredibly difficult at times, which might be translated as me being incredibly not-skilled, so we’ll have to ignore that. Flawless? Indeed!
