Wikipad Android

A new Android-based gaming handheld device by Wikipad Inc. is set to be ready for commercial purchase on 27 September 2013. The device will be equipped with the impressive Nexus 7 tablet and a detachable frame that wraps around the tablet to make it feel like a console controller. Looking similar to the Wii U, the controller will come with the usual analog sticks, shoulder buttons and the four main action buttons.
The Wikipad's Nexus 7 will boast 16GB of internal memory with the option of inserting an SD card to upgrade, and powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 3 mobile processor with quad-core CPU. As expected, there will also be a HDMI slot to allow users to play in full TV mode.

Being an Android handheld device, consumers will have access to games in the Google Play Store. However, not all games will support the controller. Wikipad Inc has tested a significant amount .   It also comes with a few games pre-installed, namely Dead Trigger, Shadowgun: DeadZone, and Hockey Nations.
Reports and reviews by those that tested it have been positive, with most claiming that the device feels good in their hands, and that the weight is just nice. If you are interested, Wikipad  costs  $249.
