Candy Crush Saga Review

Now this game has been available on the Google play store for awhile, and others may still have it on their Android devices , and other may not. But I am sure that when you do go to the Google play store, you'll notice that Candy Crush Saga has been number one on the top grossing list for weeks. So what has made this game so successful? Let's take a look, read on fellow gamers.
Bejeweled no doubt has been a successful game, then came Candy Crush Saga, I must admit when this game did come out I thought it would be some cheat imitation , and I almost passed this game up. But I am so glad that I didn't, because not only is this game fun and addictive , but it is a great alternative to Bejeweled. And Candy Crush Saga was voted "Best Social Game" at the International Mobile Gaming Awards. After playing this game I can see why.
Rather than being a fast-paced game, Candy Crush Saga takes the a popular match-three style of game to another level. It takes a more strategic approach. A variety of special game pieces candies,  and objectives that go beyond simply scoring a lot of points. The game has such addicting gameplay, simple controls, and whimsical, circus-themed animation, it is very difficult not to grow a sweet tooth for this game. Also, its nifty map view, with all the stages plotted out, really makes you feel as though you're on a journey. Players will be tasked with goals such as, to bring certain ingredients down to the  bottom of the screen or to clear the jelly covering many of the pieces of candy  across the level. Each stage also offers a different kind of landscape with some  including the challenge of an awkward shape which makes it difficult to negotiate.

The objective of the game is to match different types of candy that are given to you on the board. Match to clear them and score points. Very similar to Bejeweled. To play just simply swipe your finger across two adjacent candies to swap them, matching three candies of the same type is the baseline, while matching four or more will earn you bonus points.
When you first play the game will you get a small tutorial , then you will play the first few levels, which is like "taking candy from a baby" , then the training wheels come off and the game will start to get more challenging. Because there are special challenges to levels, making it a lot more interesting and a lot more difficult. You will have challenges such as having limited moves, trying to beat the score, or out-of-the-box objectives. Now lets say that, some levels do have jelly-covered spaces that need to be cleared before you can move on, another example is others will have ingredients that need to be maneuvered to the bottom of the screen. And having these challenges and candy pieces really set Candy Crush Saga apart from other match-three type games.
I like having the option to use power-ups , or in this case boosters. They can be really help the player overcome some challenges. But that's my only problem with this game, in order for you to unlock the different power-ups you have to purchase them with your own money. And some can cost up to $15.00.  And after being the top game for weeks. I don't see why they can't lower the prices for power-ups

Candy Crush Saga is a fun , challenging and addicting game to play, there are over 100 levels to play. I can see why this game is still number one on the top grossing list. This is a freebie at the Google Play Store. And if you still haven't tried this game it really deserves a chance to be played.
