Save the world with friends in Lightbringers: Saviors of Raia
Canadian game developer Frima Studio challenges players to save the world of Raia in Lightbringers: Saviors of Raia on iOS and Android devices. The game sees players working with friends and strangers to cleanse Raia of an infection and darkness, using the power of Light and other weapons. Also available on Facebook, the game's cross-platform capabilities allow players to interact with others, even on different platforms.
Lightbringers is a hack-n-slash dungeon crawler, which sees players completing over 70 arenas, with support for hundreds of enemies on screen at the same time. In each battle, players use a virtual joystick to move, and rapidly tap on an attack button to attack oncoming enemies.
Each arena has a different layout and assortment of enemies, both weak and strong. After successfully completing each battle, players receive rewards like coins and orbs, with over 280 orbs to collect in all. Each has a special ability or power, like giving players the ability to dodge attacks or unleash massive attacks, as examples.
In addition to orbs, players can spend their coins to upgrade weapons, creating an even stronger character. Premium currency can also be used to increase a character's power, by purchasing special stat-boosting phials before entering an arena.
As an online game, players have the option to complete arenas with the general public or limit arena access to friends. Players can also play solo arenas, if they'd rather not rely on others. Energy is used to enter arenas, but this recharges over time.
Lightbringers: Saviors of Raia is available to download for free on iOS and Google Play.
