Joel Becker, founder of Voxoid LLC, originally had created this idea when he was still in high school. And the concept if the game is a player will control his or her colored bubble, each color represents a different player, and the play has to try and eliminate all of the bubble of the other players. A player will have three options, when given a turn. The player has the option to move, expand, or split a bubble into smaller ones.
